Ansac have 20 years of thermal processing expertise and extensive capabilities to engineer and manufacture direct fired kilns for all applications including full on-site construction for large sized kilns.

Ansac offers steel shell direct fired kilns which are externally insulated for low capital cost solutions to drying applications. For higher temperature applications Ansac offers refractory lined kilns which can operate up to 1300°C.

Research has been conducted by Ansac along with Curtin University’s Centre for Fuels and Energy into specific heat mass transfer models in rotary kilns. This research has given an insight into the role of lifters in rotary kilns. Ansac has developed specific proprietary lifter technology which now gives Ansac kilns the edge over the competition.
