Over the years, Ansac has developed a range of ovens and furnaces that are particularly suited to the needs of gold producers in their gold rooms. The harsh conditions and remoteness that can be seen in many gold mines worldwide highlights a need for rugged and low maintenance equipment that is evident in all of Ansac’s equipment.

The TA series tilting furnaces range in size from an A100 to an A500 crucible size. They feature an electro-mechanical tilting mechanism which allows safe and efficient operation within a self contained unit. The furnaces have cascade or carousel style pouring tables which allow the pouring of gold bullion into 600, 800 and 1000oz moulds. The furnaces can also be used for pouring other metals like silver, platinum and aluminium.

The CX series ovens are specially designed for drying and calcining operations in gold rooms. The Ansac ovens come in 500, 600 and 800mm square trays in numerous arrangements, are electrically heated and can operate at temperatures up to 850°C. Temperature control in these ovens is exceptional with specific venting to allow for calcining of the gold concentrate. Ansac CX series ovens can be modified to suit any process requiring industrial batch solids drying.
